Your tutor will host live online signing session(s)

Following this session, you will:

• Know the Lámh Signing Guidelines.
• Understand sign handshapes.
• Be able to model 100 Lámh Signs.
• Understand how to use the Lámh Signbook and Lámh Signs Online. 

Remember: You must have completed all six modules before you can attend the live session. Your tutor will check if you completed all six modules before the live session.

You will need a laptop, desktop or tablet for your live session with your Lámh Tutor. A mobile phone is too small because you need a really clear view of the tutor to see the signs. You will learn 100 signs from the Lámh Tutor, who will give you tips and help you with your own signing. It's your chance to learn, practice and ask questions about Lámh signing.

The signing session will be in a small group. The tutor will need to be able to see you from your waist up to just above your head. The tutor may ask you to sit back from your screen so that they can see you clearly. Don't have anything between you and the screen. 

You need free hands for signing, but please bring a notebook and pen.

Remember to have your notes from the 'Choosing Vocabulary' activity. The group will discuss together what signs everyone picked for Sarah and why. 

You will get a signbook and handbook after the course. You can sign up for Lámh Signs Online after the course - Module One membership is included with the course.

You will need to do a few things before your live session with your tutor. To begin, you need to write down the following:

1. Someone that you have in mind that you will be signing with. 
2. List three situations you could use signs in. 
3. List two things you can do to help create a signing environment.
