Terms and Conditions for Silvia Angel Education

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using the website ("Site") operated by Silvia Angel Education ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.silviaangel.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

Silvia Angel Education owns the Site and its original content, features, and functionality. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

License to Use the Site

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly by this Agreement.

Restrictions on Use

You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your Site use.

Without our prior written consent, you may not use any automated system, software, or device to access, scrape, or crawl the Site or harvest any content or data from the Site.

You may not use the Site to transmit any virus, worm, or other malicious code or to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

Payment and Refunds

  • Lámh Courses:
    When you purchase a Lámh course, either online or face-to-face, you can receive a refund or reschedule to another course date if you cancel up to three weeks before the course date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or rescheduling for cancellations made within three weeks of the course date.
  • Silvia Angel Education Webinars, Masterclasses, and Courses:
    We do not offer refunds for paid webinars, masterclasses, or courses. However, these sessions will be recorded, and if you can't attend the live session, you can access them on-demand for a limited time.
  • Silvia Angel Courses Paid Monthly:
    We do not offer refunds for monthly Silvia Angel courses, but you can cancel anytime during the period. Please allow one month for us to process your cancellation. After cancellation, you won't be able to access the course platform or previous lectures.
  • The CIRCLE Programme: 
    You have 30 days to test the programme and a money-back guarantee for that period. When paying monthly, you can cancel the subscription anytime, but you lose access to the training at that point.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation or the information, content, materials, or products included. You expressly agree that using the Site is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Silvia Angel Education be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any products or services purchased through the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silvia Angel Education, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will post any changes to this Agreement on the Site, and your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
